http://dspace.univ-tissemsilt.dz/handle/123456789/146 2026-04-30T05:48:39Z http://dspace.univ-tissemsilt.dz/handle/123456789/147 دور الخبير الإكتواري في تعزيز الحوكمة في شركات التأمين - دراسة ميدانية على عينة من مؤسسات التأمين – بغداد, أمحمد تناولت الدراسة دور الخبير الإكتواري في تعزيز الحوكمة في شركات التأمين وذلك من خلال التطرق إلى التعريف بمتغيرات الدراسة، ولقد هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة علاقة الخبير الإكتواري بالحوكمة من خلال تحليل فقرات الإستبيان وإجراء عدة إختبارات على عينات الدراسة، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أنه لا يوجد ميثاق للحوكمة في مؤسسات التأمين عينة الدراسة بحيث يتم ممارسة الحوكمة بشكل ضمني من خلال اللوائح والتعليمات والقوانين المنظمة لمؤسسات التأمين، كما خلصت الدراسة كذلك أن عمل الخبير الإكتواري يعتبر من الأطراف المحورية والحساسة لتجسيد الإطار العام للحوكمة، وأن هناك علاقة قوية بين الخبير الإكتواري والحوكمة في شركات التأمين وهذا ما تؤكده قيمة معامل الإرتباط Rالذي بلغ %19في عينة الدراسة; The study examined the role of the actuary in promoting corporate governance in insurance companies by addressing the definition of the study variables, and the study aimed to know the relationship of the actuary with governance through analyzing the questionnaire paragraphs and conducting several tests on the study samples, and the study concluded that there is no charter for governance in Insurance institutions are the sample of the study so that governance is implicitly practiced through the regulations, instructions and laws regulating insurance institutions. The study also concluded that the actuary's work is considered one of the pivotal and sensitive parties to embody the general framework of governance, and that there is a strong between the actuary and governance in insurance companies and this is confirmed by the value of the correlation coefficient R, which reached 97% in the study sample. 2021-12-02T00:00:00Z
