دور الإستثمار في رأس المال الفكري في تفعيل اليقظة الإستراتيجية بمنظمات الأعمال دراسة حالة

Abstract

تهدؼ ذه الدراسة إلذ توضي للدور الهي يلعبه الإستثمارفي رأس ابؼاؿ الفكري في تفعيل اليقظة الإستراتيجية في منظمات الأعماؿ،حيث يتمثل ابؼتغير ابؼستقل في الإستثمار في رأس ابؼاؿ الفكري بأبعاد الثلاثة (الإستثمار في رأس ابؼاؿ البشري، الإستثمار في رأس ابؼاؿ التكنولوجي،الإستثمار في رأس ابؼاؿ الزبوني،)أما ابؼتغير التابع يتمثل في بؾالات اليقظة الإستراتيجية وذي (اليقظةالتجارية،اليقظةالتنافسية،اليقظة التكنولوجية،اليقظة البيئية). لتحقيق أذداؼ الدراسة تم تصميم إستبانة تضمنت 43عبارة، وذلك لغرض بذميع البيانات الأولية من عينة الدراسة ابؼقدرة 878بابؼؤسسة الوطنية للصناعات الإلكترونية بؼعرفة آرائهم وإجاباتهم حوؿ متغيرات موضوع الدراسة.حيث تم الإعتماد على برنامج التحليل الإحصائي ،spssوعلى ضوء النتائج ابؼتحصل عليها من برليل البيانات وإختبار الفرضيات تبين بوجود علاقة إرتباط موجبة وقوية بين أبعاد الإستثمار في رأس ابؼاؿ الفكري في تفعيل اليقظة الإستراتيجية بدنظمات الأعماؿ بؿل الدراسة، ووجود دور مهم لأبعاد الإستثمار في رأس ابؼاؿ الفكري ابؼتمثل في (الإستثمار في رأس ابؼاؿ البشري، الإستثمار في رأس ابؼاؿ التكنولوجي، الإستثمارفي رأس ابؼاؿ الزبوني) في تفعيل اليقظة الإستراتيجية عند مستوى دلالة إحصائية .%5

This study aims to clarify the role that investment in intellectual capital plays in activating strategic vigilance in business organizations, where the independent variable is investment in intellectual capital in its three dimensions (investment in human capital, investment in technological capital, investment in customer capital), and the dependent variable is represented in the areas of strategic vigilance (commercial vigilance, competitive vigilance, technological vigilance, environmental vigilance). To achieve the objectives of the study, a form that included 34 phrases was designed for the purpose of collecting primary data from the study sample estimated at 178 in the National Corporation for Electronic Industries to know their opinions and answers about the variables of the study, where Statistical Package for the Social Sciencesspss was relied upon, and in light of the results obtained from data analysis and hypothesis testing. It was found that there is a positive and strong correlation between the dimensions of investment in intellectual capital in activating strategic vigilance in the business organizations under study, and the existence of an important role for the dimensions of investment in intellectual capital represented in (investment in human capital, investment in technological capital, investment in customer capital) in activating strategic vigilance at a statistical significance level of 5%.
