L’effet d’anions Cl-, N(CN)2- et R2POO- sur les propriétés physiques, chimiques et
antibactériennes des liquides ioniques (LI) à base du cation Trihexyltetradecylphosphonium
[P666,14] fait l’objet de ce travail. Les différents modes vibrations ont été identifiés et
attribués par spectroscopie Raman. L’analyse DSC et ATG ont été utilisés pour examiner les
propriétés thermiques des LI. Les composées présentent une bonne stabilité thermique. Les
structures moléculaires ont été optimisées par DFT et différents paramètres ont été calculés
pour obtenir des informations sur la stabilité et la réactivité des produits étudiés. Les LI ont
été testés pour leurs activités antibactériennes et fongicides contre neuf souches de référence
de bactéries Gram-négatives et Gram-positives.

Abstract
The impact of Cl-,N(CN)2- and R2POO- anions on the physical, chemical and antibacterial
characteristics of ionic liquids (IL) based trihexyltetradecylphosphonium [P666,14] cations is
the subject of this work. The different vibrational modes were identified and assigned using
Raman spectroscopy. DSC and TGA analysis have been used to examine the thermal
properties of the IL. The compounds depicted good thermal stability.The molecular structures
were optimized using DFT and different parameters were computed to get insights on the
stability and reactivity of the studied compounds. The IL were tested for their antibacterial
and fungicidal activities against nine references trains of gram-negative and gram-positive
bacteria.
